At the south end of the reservoir, we start to follow the path around the water as it bends to the dam wall. At the far end of the dam there is a long flight of wooden steps. An evening walk is the perfect way to end a busy working day, as it is an outdoors workout, which provides an opportunity to improve health and fitness.

It allows you to work your muscles that you do not use much during the day. This can help in relieving stiffness and lower back pain and in relaxing your body and mind. All this makes you sleep better as you will feel relaxed and free of any stress or tension.

Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm. Alternating between The Barn, Green Farm, Thorpe, DE6 2AT and The Old Dog car park, Thorpe, DE6 2AT
